Can I be present for the inspection?

Yes! We highly recommend you attend the walk-through at the end of the inspection. You are also welcome to come early if you’d like to take measurements or explore the home while the inspection is being performed. During the actual inspection, we will be focused on the task at hand but will happily answer your questions at the end.

How long will the inspection take?

Most inspections take between 1.5 and 3 hours depending on the size and type of home.

How long will it take to get my report?

We always deliver the full inspection report by email the same day of the inspection.
